Aaron has held senior executive roles across healthcare systems, government, and nonprofits, earning recognition as a proven, action-oriented leader. A motivational and energetic public speaker and 4-time Emmy Award-winning writer and producer, Aaron is also the creative designer of multiple best practice advocacy, community relations, and workforce development initiatives.

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Solutions for Change, a nonprofit dedicated to ending family homelessness, and as Executive Director of the California Paramedic Foundation, a nonprofit working at the intersection of paramedicine and public health. Aaron previously served as Interim CEO of Grossmont Healthcare District (MarchDecember 2025), achieving 15 major goals during his tenure. 

Alongside his professional roles, Aaron has designed and led initiatives that continue to influence healthcare and community well-being. He spearheaded California’s comprehensive assisted living legislative reform effort in 2014, authored a 42-page white paper on mental health policy and practice reform in 2019, and launched San Diego County’s Rx Abuse Task Force in 2008. He created Strategic Career Planning and Three Strides Forward, career development programs that have empowered nearly 5,000 individuals from students to executives.
